Improving Our Images
IOI meetings are informal evenings with open discussion, to exchange positive feedback and critique on our images.
MEETINGS - 7pm sharp to about 8.30pm, first Wednesday of the month, STSC Dusk Room (our usual room).
COORDINATORS - Jillian Merlot and Pamela Costello
WHAT HAPPENS - All members are welcome whether or not they bring images. Those members who choose to bring images should ensure that they have been processed and are ready to be entered into competition. The images will be displayed on the PAC screen as usual except that the authors will be known. Members on the night will give feedback, critique and make suggestions/changes to projected images. The computer operator may (but not necessarily) make minor adjustments such as straightening, contrast, cropping, etc using Lightroom CC or Camera Raw in Photoshop.
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS - Place 2 JPEG images (1620 x 1080 pixels at 72 DPI) in a folder with your name, on a USB memory stick. The images must be in a folder with your name so they can be easily transferred onto the PAC computer.
NOTE – USB sticks are to be given to the computer person no later than 6.50pm...earlier if possible.
